Sinead El Sibai
Sinead has lived in Dubai now for 30 years, and has worked in a senior Marketing role for Dubai Duty Free for the past 18.
She was on the IBN committee for 5 years 2011-2016), 2 of which serving as Vice-Chair.
A hotelier by profession, Aidan moved to Dubai over 2 years ago to work with Marriott International as Hotel Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai and more recently as General Manager at The Courtyard by Marriott & Marriott Executive Apartments Green Community.
Originally from Greystones, Co. Wicklow Aidan graduated from Shannon College of Hotel Management and has spent the past 15 years working and living in the US, UK and Ireland for top hotel companies such as Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, The Westbury Dublin, The Shelbourne Dublin and Marriott International.
Aidan lives in Dubai with his wife and 3 children.
IBN Vice Chairman
Cormac been living in the Gulf for the past 17 years, with his wife and two sons. He has over 25 years’ experience in Financial Services, having worked at Invesco, Fidelity and Royal Bank of Canada. He is currently head of MENA region for Irish Regtech firm Fenergo.
Cormac has been an active member of IBN since it was formed, and previously held the role of Treasurer.
He was first elected to the committee in September 2016.
An Arklow native working in Dubai since 2009, Fiona is the Principal at Hartland School.
Fiona is an an advisor for University of Brmingham in Dubai, a regular speaker and panellist at local and international conferences and radio, also writing for local publications.

Terry is a core member of senior executive team at Facebook. Originating from Belfast, educated in leading schools in Ireland, England, Dubai, Hong Kong, New York, professionally trained in major organisations and currently working as the Chief Marketing Officer for Facebook Inc. Middle East and Africa region.
He has been in the Middle East region for the past 13 years and involved in various capacities with the Irish Business Network since its inception. Terry has been actively involved with the GAA in Dubai and is a Committee and Non-Executive board-member for multiple regional and international industry bodies.

Brendan is the CEO and Founder Aeroband Limited. He brings 30 years of digital technology experience working at C-level in companies ranging from billion-dollar to high tech startups.
Brendan first worked in the Middle East in 1994 and spent many years in Saudi Arabia, Oman and now Dubai.
Roisin White Barrett
IBN Committee Member
Roisin is the Market Advisor MENA at Enterprise Ireland.
She has been in Dubai for the last 5 years working with Enterprise Ireland and supporting our Irish companies in the Consumer Retail and Clean Technology industries across the Gulf.
During this time, Roisin worked closely with the IBN through sector events and trade missions and have seen first-hand the benefits of such a network.
IBN Administrator & Events Lead
Amanda has been working with the IBN since 2013 and is responsible for organising the IBN events and administration. Amanda is the first point of contact for members via the IBN website and emails.
